• Rates are available only to owners in good standing and owner guests which are listed on the owners club membership and are in possession of a Mountain Lakes Club Guest Card. Picture ID may be required.
• Check in time is 4:00 pm the day of arrival and Check-out time is 10:00 am day of departure.
• Reservations not secured with a credit card must be pre-paid in full within 5 days of reservation request.
• Reservations may not be held and rescheduled at reduced rate.
• Reservations canceled 7 days prior to check in will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than seven days or no shows will be assessed a fee equal to 2 (two) nights standard rate based on accommodations reserved and unit will return to available inventory.
• All Association and Resort rules and regulations apply.
